The second is 2 weeks after the purchase is the same supplier, the “Constraxchn Machinger” LLC sells the same model of JCB 4CX Sitemaster excavators to another customer – PJSC “Ukrnafta”. Here is only the difference between these purchases in price: Donetsk Regional State Administration purchased equipment for UAH 5.9 million, Ukrnafta – UAH 4.4 million. The difference is 1.5 million UAH per unit. The total amount of overestimation for the purchase of excavators by the Department of Satuus is UAH 30 million.
Important: The price of “Ukrnafta” – UAH 4.4 million also has an additional set of equipment, which is not in the purchase of sow. That is, overestimation can be even larger.
The cynicism of the situation is that at high prices, the equipment was purchased, including for “harvesting and transportation … waste from destruction” in Kramatorsk, Pokrovsky, Volnovakha districts, where not only terrible destruction, but also fierce fighting is sharpened.
