According to Zhmayl, eastern autocracy is now showing more efficiency than the event.

The co -founder and executive director of the Ukrainian Center for Security and Cooperation Dmitry Zhmaylo expressed this opinion on the broadcast of the telecommunication.
“What we saw in Beijing – this triad – Kim Jong -in, Putin and China leader – consequence, public design, greater demonstration. It became possible because the event simply transmits diplomatic blows and it only ignites them. We are fighting with two nuclear states.”
The expert added that 200 North Korea plants work solely for the needs of the Russian Army and, in addition to the military, sends workers to the factories where drones are manufactured.
China, according to Zhmaylo, directly states that it will not allow the military defeat of the Russian Federation and plays the role of balancing – when the Russian army has problems, it throws technologies, machines, so that it does not fall on. For example, drones on fiber are Chinese technology that takes place in real combat conditions in Ukraine.
“China is a huge cub, both to bypass the sanctions and to replace the sub -goods with its accessories. What is the answer to the US – there is not even any reinforcement of the contingent and most importantly – there is no strengthening of Ukraine in the war. Therefore, we will only grow what we saw in Beijing, because there is no adequate reaction of the US,”
At the same time, he stressed that Ukraine receives help from allies, for which he is very grateful, but unfortunately, this is not enough to win or even stabilize the front line.
In his opinion, Putin’s statements, in particular, that Ukraine should give Crimea and Donbas – only political maneuvers. According to Zhmaylo, Moscow hopes that it felt the weaknesses of Washington and as a result it will not press on the Kremlin, and in Kiev – will force to accept unacceptable conditions put forward by the Russian Federation.
Zhmaylo believes that Putin sincerely believes that the Ukrainian army will be sprinkled in the fall or early winter, will not be able to fight, and this will become his trump card for any negotiations and dictate his conditions from the standpoint.
“That is why it is a game that does not aim for a practical result. And the last parade in Beijing again confirms it. This war and front of our war are no longer the war of Russia and Ukraine, or Russia and Europe. It is the war of Eastern autocrats with Western democracy. And, unfortunately, it is the expert efficiency.

As Western media wrote, it exceeded all the previous ones in scale and political meaning. It was also said that China’s leader used parade frames that are broadcasting around the world to demonstrate Putin and Kim’s support, and at the same time emphasize his leadership in this Alliance.
