On February 18, the Russian company “Transneft” announced a reduction in the pumping of oil from Kazakhstan by about 30% after the impact of drones at the Oil Pracking Station (NPS) “Kropotkinskaya” Caspian Pipeline Consocialium. The company’s message has been published by Russian agencies.

It says that on the night of February 17, the station attacked seven drones, which, “in addition to explosives, were filled with metal elements of the lesion.”

“As a result of the attack, the object was seriously damaged: the roof was destroyed, the closed switchgear, gas turbine installation (GTU) were damaged, cables and cable trestle, water tank were also affected, two transformers, filters and fire extinguishers of GTU were destroyed,” Transneft. ”

The removal of the consequences of the impact will require up to two months, the work of the station has been temporarily stopped, the transportation of oil by the main oil pipeline Tenniz – Novorossiysk is carried out according to the emergency scheme, bypassing the station “Kropotinskaya”.

Kropotkinskaya NPS is located in the Caucasus district of Krasnodar region and is the largest oil pumping station of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (KTK) in Russia.

On February 17, the Ilsky Oil Refinery and the Kropotkinskaya Oil Training Station in Kuban confirmed the sources in the SBU, and on February 18, the General General of the Armed Forces was officially reported.
