The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, announced the introduction of a new mechanism for the transfer of military personnel between units, available to all Defense Forces of the country.
A corresponding mandate was given to the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff to ensure the possibility of transition not only for the Armed Forces, but also for the National Guard and the State Border Service.
The transfer of servicemen will soon be possible through the Armiya+ mobile application. The President emphasized that a clear response must be given to each transfer report submitted, and that all commanders’ decisions on such reports will be monitored to prevent unjustified denials.
The Ministry of Defense plans to inform the public about the new initiative, explaining the details of the mechanism’s operation both at the testing stage and after its full launch.
