“On January 19, cloudy with clearings. In the east, at night and in the southeast of the country, a little wet snow; no precipitation in the rest of the territory. In the morning in the western regions there is fog in places, ice on the roads. The wind is north-west, 7-12 m/s.
The temperature during the day is 1-6°C, in the eastern and Sumy regions it is around 0°C,” the message states.
