Restrictions do not relate to flights with special reservos for the military. Soldiers can still buy tickets through special services “Army+” and “Ukrzaliznytsia”.
The company explains that the introduction of verification is a step in the fight against ticket speculators. Previously, this approach has been effective for international communication, and now it will be applied on popular internal routes.
For passengers who do not use the “action”, it will not be possible to buy tickets for these trains. At the same time, a separate verification system is provided for foreigners, and there are alternative flights in each direction.
In the future, Ukrzaliznytsia plans to introduce the possibility of authorization through Bankid.
