Three people were killed in the village of Boguslavka in Kharkiv Oblast as a result of a Russian strike, and one more person was wounded, Oleg Sinegubov, the head of the regional military administration, reported on November 13.

“The enemy attacked civilians in the Borivska hromada… Earlier, the occupiers targeted a motoblock with a drone,” Synegubov wrote in a telegram.

He specified that, in particular, one person died in an ambulance. “One of the victims died in the ambulance. Doctors did everything possible to save. But, unfortunately, the injuries turned out to be too severe. Medics are currently providing the necessary assistance to another injured person,” said the head of the OVA.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
