It should be noted that the prosecutor’s council consists of 15 people. Most prosecutors are prosecutors – 13 representatives representing the Prosecutor General, SAP, regional and district prosecutors.

The powers of the Council of Prosecutors include both the convening of the All -Ukrainian Conference of Prosecutors and ensuring the independence of prosecutors and their legal and social protection. In addition, the Prosecutor’s Council makes recommendations for the appointment and dismissal of prosecutors from administrative positions.
