Details: It is noted that the military unit in which the participants of the equipment served was responsible for the distribution of approximately 10% of the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in fuel and lubricants.

According to the investigation, the criminal organization included the head of the warehouse and three servicemen of one of the military units in the Rivne region, as well as the entrepreneur.

According to operational information, the criminal organization has stolen more than a hundred tons of diesel fuel, which was intended for the needs of the Armed Forces, noted in the DBR.
Only in the period from November 2024 to January 2025, law enforcement officers documented about 20 episodes of theft and further sale of diesel fuel in the amount of about 20 thousand liters with a market value of UAH 1.2 million.
DBR employees detained five persons involved during the special operation.
They are suspected of creating and leading a criminal organization, abduction of military property through abuse of office.
The issue of referral to the court of petitions for the election of a suspect in detention in the form of detention is being resolved.
