Five people were injured and hospitalized in a traffic accident involving a minibus and two buses near the village of Zarichany in Zhytomyr region. “Preliminarily, on January 20 around 7:40 a.m. on the Vystupovichi-Zhytomyr-Mohyliv-Podilskyi highway near the village of A collision between an Opel minibus and a PAZ bus, which were traveling in the direction of the city of Zhytomyr, took place in Zarichan. After that, the latter, due to inertia, collided with an international bus that stopped in front of a traffic light,” the report says.

As a result of the accident, the 48-year-old driver of the minibus and four of his passengers aged between 20 and 55 were injured. All the victims were taken to a medical facility.

The circumstances of the incident are being established by police investigators.

On January 2, an accident involving a truck occurred in Kyiv. The car rammed through the fence and flew off the bridge.

Before that, on the night of December 28, 2024, during the curfew, a fatal road accident occurred in the Solomyan district.
