According to Fedorov, GGTC Kyiv was headed by social entrepreneur Zoya Lytvyn. “The GovTech Center will bring together the government, business, startups and scientists to search for new digital solutions and create joint projects with international partners, exchange experience,” the minister said. It will also facilitate the search for partners from the innovation development track — AI, EdTech, Defense Tech, Semiconductors, BioTech, Green Tech, AUV. In partnership with CDTO Campus, the center will create a space where leaders can test and implement digital solutions.
