During a press conference with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, he also drew attention to the participation of 11,000 North Korean soldiers in the war on the side of Russia, emphasizing the importance of an international response to prevent North Korea’s further involvement in global conflicts.
In his speech in the Verkhovna Rada, Zelenskyi announced that one of the important points of the Internal Stability Plan of Ukraine is the provision of cultural sovereignty. For this purpose, it is proposed to create the format of a cultural Ramstein — a broad coalition that will unite experts and cultural figures to update the country’s cultural policy.
