British heavyweight Fabio Wordley declared that he has all the qualities to become the first boxer who can win Oleksandr Usyk. The WBO title holder is convinced: his style can create serious problems for the Ukrainian.
“I think I’m offering something completely different. Something unusual. With Usyk, it is difficult to say that you can show something that he has not seen before, but in boxing there is a certain rhythm – it is like a dance, movement back and forth, everything happens according to the rules.
And then a guy like me comes along – with an unorthodox style and an unorthodox background – and breaks that rhythm. This is exactly where I see my chance. Plus I have a powerful right arm and good stamina. One way or another, Usyk will definitely understand that he was in a real fight,” said Wordley.
