Those funds include $4.3 billion for fiscal year 2024 and $2.8 billion in clawbacks, of which $2.21 billion remains in the U.S., according to a Pentagon spokesman.

The Pentagon spokesman emphasized that the United States will continue to actively provide assistance to Ukraine, using these resources to provide the necessary means to deter Russian aggression.
