It is noted that in order to obtain a visa, both the applicant and the father-sponsor must meet all the requirements of the Homes for Ukraine.
A father (or legitimate guardian) who has permission for any of the Ukrainian schemes can apply for his child’s sponsorship under the Home for Ukraine program. Children whose sponsors are their parents (or legitimate guardians) will have a residence permit in the UK within 18 months
The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Self -Government also reported that these children would have access to education, health, benefits and employment in accordance with the law of the country.
The BBC was reminded that in February of the sweet year the British government made a decision that Ukrainians, without the right to permanent residence in the UK, could no longer be sponsoring people under the Houses for Ukraine program.
