The government, upon submission of the Ministry of Defense, has approved changes that simplify and accelerate the procedure for transferring servicemen.
This was announced by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Denis Shmigal.
Changes have been reduced by the command of commanders to personnel transfer and minimize cases of delaying decision making. The commander is obliged to execute the order for transfer within 30 days, and within 72 hours – to ensure the beginning of the procedure of delivery of the post by a serviceman.
The list of grounds that make it impossible to transfer, in particular: inpatient treatment, absence in the service without valid reasons, stay under arrest or precautionary measures in accordance with the CCP.
A special working group is created to resolve the controversial cases. Military who are not appointed or at disposal can be sent to parts with available vacancies.
Separately provides for the transfer between the Armed Forces and the National Guard with the ability to submit an electronic report through the Army+Application. The necessary documents are added to the report: a military ticket or certificate, a recommendation letter from the commander, the approval of the part and if necessary – a medical opinion.
The government stressed that these changes are aimed at improving the efficiency of defense forces and caring for the military. The Ministry of Defense continues to work on further simplification and acceleration of transitions between units.
