The Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office reported that the man suspected of plotting the murder of the First Deputy Minister of Health, Serhiy Dubrov, ran a large-scale drug business in the region.

Details: It is reported that a 36-year-old native of Kyiv organized a laboratory for the production of amphetamine in a non-residential building in the Kyiv region. About 10 kg of amphetamine was produced there per month. Estimated revenue from sales at black market prices is about 5 million hryvnias per month.
The suspect involved six acquaintances in the production and sale of drugs. He accepted orders through the Telegram channel and phone, while his accomplices were engaged in the distribution of the “goods”. Customers paid in cash or cryptocurrency.
During the searches conducted as part of the pre-trial investigation, the law enforcement officers seized more than 120 g of amphetamine, 140 g of alpha-PVP, cannabis, ketamine and laboratory equipment.
So far, all the detainees have been informed of the suspicion. Petitions regarding the selection of preventive measures in the form of detention have also been sent to the court.
