It is noted that the responsibility for the organization of food for servicemen during treatment and rehabilitation will rest with medical institutions. An important change was also the introduction of a single payment system for all health care institutions.
In addition, the new procedure provides for a simplified reporting system for medical institutions. Payment for services will be made on the basis of submitted reports, which will greatly facilitate document flow and speed up the settlement process.
