Farmers received almost UAH 78 million in compensation under the program to reimburse 25% of the cost of Ukrainian agricultural machinery and equipment based on October applications.
The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture informs about this, referring to the results of the implementation of the state program within the “Made in Ukraine” policy.
The funds were directed to agricultural producers who purchased domestically produced machinery through authorized banks.
In October, agricultural producers submitted 401 applications for compensation for the cost of 632 units of agricultural machinery and equipment. The total cost of purchased machines and equipment exceeded UAH 374.4 million, including VAT.
This indicates an active demand for the support program, which simultaneously stimulates the renewal of equipment in the agricultural sector and the loading of Ukrainian machine-building enterprises.
Among the purchased equipment are semi-trailers of various modifications, tillage machinery, planters, dryers, conveyors, car scales, sprayer and other modern agricultural machinery.
All of it is manufactured by Ukrainian enterprises and meets the requirements of the program regarding the degree of localization. In this way, the state supports the demand for products of domestic production.
Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture Andriy Telyupa emphasized that the 25% compensation program is one of the most massive within the “Made in Ukraine” policy.
According to him, since December 2024, farmers have purchased more than 7,700 units of agricultural machinery, which is already being used in the field. Machine-building enterprises that produced this equipment received about UAH 5.3 billion in their accounts.
