Saburov did not want to take Russian citizenship / ScreenshotKazakh comedian Nurlan Saburov, known for his stand-up performances, was banned from entering Russia, where he worked for many years, for 50 years.
As propagandists from TASS report, the decision was made due to violations of migration and tax legislation, as well as criticism of the war against Ukraine. In addition, Saburov’s company allegedly owes insurance premiums in the amount of 19,000 rubles. The comedian did not apply for Russian citizenship due to fear of sanctions.
According to Russian Telegram channels, he flew to Moscow tonight from the UAE, where he was flying to shoot an advertisement for a car company. During passport control at “Vnukovo” he was detained and issued an entry ban. The comedian allegedly has no money for a return flight.
In the spring, the comedian was already detained at “Sheremetyevo” for violating migration legislation, and a wave of cancellations of his concerts without explanation swept the country.

As UNIAN reported, during a speech in the United States of America, a Ukrainian activist ran up to Saburov on stage in a dress with red spots symbolizing blood. The comedian turned to the audience with a mocking: “Excuse me, is it menstruation?”.
