On the night of Wednesday, September 25, an explosion rang out in Kharkiv.

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov announced this in his Telegram.

The mayor of the city noted that according to preliminary information, Kharkiv was under a Russian missile attack.

“The explosions went off in a nearby suburb,” he added.
