The situation is difficult in the Kupian direction, because there the enemy is attacking from all directions the most. On September 29, OTU “Kharkiv” reported that in the Hlybokoy area, in order to strengthen the positions of the 79th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 18th Motorized Rifle Division, the enemy moved the personnel of the “Storm” unit of the 11th Tank Regiment of the 18th Motorized Rifle Division. In Vovchansk, the enemy launched personnel in order to replenish current losses.
The General Staff reported that 153 battles took place on the front last day, September 29, the hottest in the Pokrovsky and Kurakhiv directions. In the Kharkiv direction, three skirmishes took place near Vovchansk.
