“During the air attack, the Russians used an Iskander-M cruise missile, which was launched from the territory of the Kursk region,” the report says.
As a result of the attack on the central part of Chernihiv, seven local residents died, including a six-year-old child. More than 200 people were injured of various degrees of severity.
