According to the intelligence services, these persons create and distribute anti -Ukrainian content, which, for the most part, through the Botoferms, Russian authorities tries to “expel” on social networks and controlled media.
“Among the distributed abstracts: the development of Kremlin narratives about the war in Ukraine; accents aimed at breaking the territorial integrity and sovereignty of our country; informations against the military-political leadership of Ukraine; abstracts about the “loss of subjectivity” during negotiations in the international arena; The spread of declining sentiment, which is allegedly neutral expert evaluations that actually work in the interests of Moscow, etc., ”the message said.
The SBU emphasizes that the spread of these narratives are aimed at loosening the socio-political situation in Ukraine, reducing the level of international support, creating the illusion of protest sentiments and distorting data on the situation at the front.
The security service reminds that such actions in favor of the aggressor state contain signs of criminal offenses. Thus, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, the SBU has opened almost 2.5 thousand criminal proceedings against “Internet agitators who spread anti-Ukrainian content”.
In these cases, more than 1700 persons have been reported. Currently, more than 800 court sentences have already entered into force.
