The SBU reported in absentia about the suspicion of two military criminals of the Russian Federation, who are involved in the massacres of Ukrainian prisoners of war in Donetsk region. In particular, they ordered to cut off the head of the captive warrior of the Armed Forces.
As the SBU writes, this is about:
-Deputy Commander of the 1st Motorized Rifle Battalion of the 394th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 127th Motorized Rifle Division of the 5th All-Military Army of the Russian Federation Shota Karapetyan (call sign “Justas”);
-commander of the storm company of the Storm detachment of the 394th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the same military connection of the aggressor country Dmitry Chihabach (call sign “Sber”).
According to the investigation, on June 17, 2024, they ordered their subordinates to shoot a Ukrainian prisoner of war, and then cut off his head and put it on the hood of a shotable armored car.
This happened during the battles in the village of Staromayorsk Volnovakha district. Then both those involved gave their subordinates not to leave alive captives of the Armed Forces and brutally kill them.
According to the materials of military counterintelligence and investigators of the Chichabach Security and Karapetyan, the suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of laws and customs of war).
Complex measures are currently underway to find and punish both aggressor agents.
The investigation was conducted by SBU staff in Donetsk and Luhansk regions under the procedural leadership of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
Earlier, the media received an audio recording of the conversation of the Russian commander, who gives the subordinate order to beheaded the serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donetsk region.
It should also be reminded that experts of the Main Directorate of Intelligence identified four Russian invaders, who in the second half of May 2024 were shot by Ukrainian prisoners of war near the robots of Zaporizhzhya region.
