In particular, it is about massive blows to civilian sites of Sumy region on March 5-10, 2022: more than 20 bombing of FAB-500 fabonds destroyed residential buildings, school, kindergartens and wellness complexes. 15 civilians were killed, among them children, five more were injured.
According to the SBU, the order on the attack was made by the commander of the Western Military District of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Alexander Zhuravlev, together with his first deputy Lieutenant General “Alexei Zavizon”. The commander of the 6th Army of Air Force and Air Force Lieutenant General Oleg Makovetsky, Chief of Staff of the 6th Army Lieutenant-General Yuri Podolepellov, commander of the 105th Aviation Division, Major General Denis Kulsh, and the commander of the Vladimir Federal Aviation Aviation Aviation Air Force, were also involved in the crime.
