The private laboratory of well-being-Likibab, which began to receive massively orders for checking medicines from the State Drug Service and Drug Control, was created by the head of the service and the SBU employee.

Journalists point out that in July 2023 the State Service was certified for a laboratory analysis of medicines by a private laboratory of well-being-likibab, which in a week began to receive a referral for research.
According to journalists, the owners of the laboratory in the official registers include Dmitry Ustik and Irina Ponomarenko, who worked for the creation of a laboratory in the field of construction.
“There were no relations to the pharmaceutical sphere in the pharmaceutical sphere or Ponomarenko, according to open sources. Moreover, Ustik himself in conversation with journalists stated that he did not understand the examinations, because “not a chemist” advised to contact other employees “, – the material reads.
Through the owners, journalists went to the head of the State Service of Roman Isaenko and an employee of the SBU Valentina Ovramtsu, whose spheres of work at least by 2023 were pharmaceuticals in general and the State Service in particular.
During the investigation, it became known that Ustik did work on one of the objects purchased by the Avramz family.
Irina Ponomarenko has a connection with the head of the State Service of the State Service Roman Isaenko, because part of her family from the same settlement in the Kiev region, from where Isaenko himself comes from. In addition, journalists found that the laboratory was registered in a premises owned by Valentina Avramets, and after his creation, the former subordinate Isaenanka from the State Service Igor Lesik began to work in it after the creation.
After the laboratory began to work with the State Service, expensive assets began to appear in the family of Avram. Thus, the mother of the SBU worker purchased a house in Kiev in 2023, and in 2024 she became the owner of two hectares in the resort Yablunytsya next to Bukovel Ivano-Frankivsk region. Avram’s wife purchased 40 acres in foresters in 2024.
In a comment to the journalists, the SBU press service noted that the funds for which the wife and mother of their employee bought real estate objects were acquired legally as a result of the development of a business that will carry several generations of the family. However, journalists failed to formally confirm this information through state registers.
Isaenenko, however, journalists have repeatedly noticed departure from a house in the village of Novi Bezradichi near Kiev, which is absent in the declaration of the official. The estate, the cost of which can reach $ 300,000, is designed for the mother -in -law and his father -in -law. The head of the State Service himself in a comment to journalists stated that he could simply be there and that he did not know anything about the origin of funds in the family for purchase.
