According to the press service of the department, the number of information sabotage aimed at split of society and the artificial spread of protest sentiment has increased significantly.
According to the SBU, for provocations, Russian special services involved the full potential of their boots and massively use controlled groups and fake accounts in popular messengers and social networks, most actively – in chimney and telegrams.
“In destructive content, the enemy disseminates fake information about the alleged spread of protest sentiment among Ukrainians and street riots in different regions of our country. At the same time, the racists urge citizens for mass actions for the violation of public order and constitutional order, offer funds for participation in rallies, ”the special service said.
The SBU notes that they are taking all the necessary response measures and working out available and potential threats to the National Security of Ukraine.
The Security Service reminds that actions aimed at a violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or the seizure of state power (especially in the conditions of certain restrictions, which establishes the Law of Ukraine “On Legal Martial Status”) contains signs of crime under Article 109 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which Provides punishment of up to 10 years in prison.
