“The main goals of the enemy were the place of the greatest concentration of personnel and military equipment of Ukrainian troops … He (detained-ed.) The man was informed of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorized dissemination of information on the movement or placement of the Armed Forces or other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, committed in the conditions of martial law).
He was taken into custody without the right to make bail, the sanction of the article provides for up to 12 years in prison.
