It was revealed and reported to the suspicion to three citizens of Ukraine on the fact of state betrayal, committed in the conditions of martial law. They were preparing a terrorist attack in Vinnitsa according to the curation of Russian special services.

According to the investigation, in March 2025 the suspects sought fast earnings in telegrams and were recruited by representatives of the Russian Special Service. Subsequently, according to the instructions of the curators, the Vinnytsia made homemade explosive devices (SVP), and two residents of Kyiv region were prepared for use.
The women came to Vinnitsa, where two SVPs were hidden at the address. They were masked under thermos, and to increase the force of the lesion were made of metal parts.
The suspects activated explosive equipment, and also attributed to the planned terrorist attack device remote surveillance and control, placing in a cardboard box from under the product.
Previously, the performers of the terrorist attack were to lay an explosive near a military car and blow it up with a call to the phone. Another goal for destruction was the police.
Due to the prompt actions of law enforcement officers, the commission of crimes was warned. Women were detained near the planned blast and a man at the place of residence.
All the suspects have selected pre -detention measures without the right to make bail.
