The Security Service and the National Police have eliminated 4 more mobilization evasion schemes. They operated in different regions of Ukraine.

For helping conscripts evade the draft on the basis of forged documents, scheme participants received from $5,000 to $20,000.
In the Kyiv region, the deputy head of the VLK of one of the regions of the region was exposed, the man forged medical certificates for the evacuees regarding his unfitness for service due to his health condition.
In the Kharkiv region, the SBU military counterintelligence detained the head of the VLK of the Chuguyiv district. The official sold fake medical certificates to “write off” evaders from military registration.
In the Lviv region, a “scheme for evaders” operated in one of the private universities. According to the available data, the owner of the university and the rector’s office enrolled conscripts for studies beyond the limits of the licensed annual volumes approved by the Ministry of Education and Science.
In the Kirovohrad region, two recidivist fraudsters were arrested, who sold fake certificates of “disability” to applicants. In order to forge such documents, those involved used personal connections at MSEK.
In the Rivne region, five participants of a corruption scheme to evade the draft, which was eliminated by law enforcement officers in October of this year, were suspected. Among those involved were an official of the MSEK, the head of the local hospital and two more doctors.
According to all the exposed facts, the perpetrators were notified of suspicion, they face up to 9 years in prison with confiscation of property.
Earlier, the DBR employees exposed a group of doctors in Odesa who helped healthy men of draft age to obtain medical documents, which allowed the MSEK to declare them unfit for service.
Earlier, we wrote that a member of the VLK was exposed in Cherkasy Oblast, who, for a bribe, promised to assist in establishing a diagnosis for suspension from service.
