Details: According to the partisans, the commission’s visit is directly related to the increasing number of cases of sabotage against watercraft and suicides among military personnel.
These incidents “undermine the discipline and combat effectiveness of units”, and the Russian command perceives them as a serious threat.
They are allegedly convinced that this can disrupt plans for the offensive of Russian troops on the right bank of the Kherson Region.
