The Russians plan to take 5,000 children from the temporarily occupied Luhansk Region to the Russian Federation under the Kremlin’s “Cultural Map 4+85” program. The Center of National Resistance writes, transmits UNN.

The cultural map envisages propagandistic trips of schoolchildren to the cities of Moscow in order to brainwash young Ukrainians and further Russify them. In addition, children are offered to continue their studies in the Russian Federation,

The Central Committee adds that in 2025, the Kremlin will strengthen the policy of assimilation of Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories. For this, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation created special programs.

Also, the Russians are actively looking for ways to take Ukrainian children to the Russian Federation: these are both “university changes” and “health” trips.
