Prokudin also added that the Russians purposefully targeted housing development, social and critical infrastructure.

More than 30 high-rise buildings, 15 private residences, cars, garages, farm buildings, a railway station, medical and educational institutions were damaged. Almost everywhere there were fires that have already been extinguished. Unfortunately, two men died. Ten more people were injured. All the victims are now in hospitals and receiving the necessary medical assistance
