He emphasized that the Russians need to force the Dnipro River before a possible attack on Kherson.
“In order to force it, it is necessary to gather enough forces and resources, which are very difficult to hide with today’s intelligence tools. So far, our intelligence has not detected and cannot say that the enemy has gathered enough offensive forces and means to force the Dnieper,” said Voloshyn.
