“Now, as we approach the third winter of this war, Russia is again trying to destroy our energy system. And this fall they are acting even more cynically. They are ready to target our nuclear power plants. Three nuclear power plants. We have information, we have evidence of this.” , – said Zelensky.
The President noted that if the Russian Federation is ready to come to this, it means that the values of the UN are not important for Moscow.
“Such Russian cynicism, if given the opportunity, is simply not amenable to understanding. The UN Charter does not allow for this. And neither does the peace formula,” the head of the Ukrainian state emphasized.
