This resulted in losses to the budget of the city of Kyiv in the amount of almost 490,000 hryvnias.
In addition, according to the terms of the contract, violation of obligations under the contract is the basis for the application of economic sanctions, in particular, the payment of a fine in the amount of 20% of the cost of the performed works.
“Therefore, in view of the established amount of overestimated works, the prosecutor’s office demands that the contractor be fined almost 100,000 hryvnias,” the report says.
