The Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP) sent a claim to the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court on the recovery of unreasonable assets of the Deputy Minister of Health Igor Kuzin in the amount of more than UAH 3.2 million.
According to the investigation, in 2021-2022, Igor Kuzin purchased two land plots and two residential buildings in the Kiev region, the cost of which is much higher than its legal income. The analysis of the income and expenditures of the official showed that he was unable to acquire these assets at the expense of legal sources.
The claim is based on the materials of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACC), as well as the evidence self -assembled by the prosecutor. Bax has already arrested on the specified assets in order to secure the claim.
It should be reminded that the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court arrested the property of the head of the department of education of the Dnieper Regional State Administration of Kiev Natalia Ivanina. The decision was made on the basis of the petition of the SAP prosecutor in the case of unreasonable assets.
The Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office has filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court, demanding to declare unfounded and return to the state budget assets in the amount of more than UAH 7.3 million belonging to the spouses of judges of the capital district courts.
