The Kyiv Prosecutor’s Office through court wants to recover more than UAH 2 billion from the contractor involved in the construction of the Podilsky Bridge.
According to militiamen, the company received these funds under the contract, which, according to the prosecutor’s office, was concluded with violations.
The case shows the conclusion of the Antimonopoly Committee that the two participants of the tender, including the winner, acted agreed in the interests of each other. During 2022-2023, they unsuccessfully challenged these conclusions in the courts.
