In Warsaw, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi met with the President of Poland Andrzej Duda.
Among the main topics of discussion are further cooperation, defense assistance, the approach of a just peace and support for Ukrainians who are currently temporarily living in Poland. In particular, Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that unity centers will be created in Poland, Germany and other countries where Ukrainian citizens are.
The head of state thanked for the attention and respect for Ukraine and Ukrainians and all the help provided since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. In total, Poland has already allocated 45 packages of defense support, and the 46th is currently being prepared.
“We must maintain unity with our partners, do everything possible to bring closer a reliable, just peace for Ukraine,” the President of Ukraine emphasized.

“For Ukraine, for Poland, for all of us in Europe, it is important to coordinate positions and together achieve our common goals – security for our peoples, as well as strengthening of our associations – the European Union and NATO,” said the Ukrainian Head of State.
He thanked Poland for constant support on Ukraine’s path to the EU and NATO.
“The biggest security guarantee for Ukraine would be and, I hope, will soon be membership in the North Atlantic Alliance,” said the President of Poland.
Andrzej Duda also emphasized that Poland will always support Ukraine, in particular, participate in reconstruction.
