“We have just observed the second launch of a very long-range missile by Russia. This is a very clear signal from a state that has decided to equip itself with such capabilities,” Clash Report quoted the French president as saying.
He emphasized that France is within the range of Oreshnik missiles.
“If we want to remain authoritative, we Europeans – and especially France – must master these new weapons that will change the situation in the short term,” Macron said.
