The possibility of transfer between units will be extended to the National Guard and the State Border Service — Zelensky’s instructions

“Today, he instructed the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff to report on how to extend this opportunity to all the Defense and Security Forces, in particular to the National Guard of Ukraine and the Border Service. All our soldiers deserve equal respect,” the president said during an evening video address on Tuesday, November 12.

Earlier, Zelensky reported that the government had adopted a resolution on the transfer of servicemen between units.

According to the president, transfers will take place through the Army+ application at the initiative of the military themselves. 72 hours will be allocated for checking the report, after which the soldier will receive a response through the application. The start of the system is scheduled for November 15.

“The system should work exactly as we talked about it with the guys on the front lines and representatives of civil society. And I am grateful to everyone who was involved in the development of this new functionality,” Zelenskyi said in a video message.
