The police uncovered dozens of schemes for the illegal transportation of men abroad in 19 regions of Ukraine. Suspicions were handed to the extras.

Law enforcement officers conducted 270 searches as part of criminal cases. Criminal schemes were exposed on the territory of 19 regions.
Among those involved are mostly private entrepreneurs who provided false information to enter information into the “Shlyah” system, as well as entities that organized a “business” for transporting men of military age to bypass border checkpoints.
The police also exposed the administrators of various messengers who sought out and accepted “orders” from “clients” and cells for the production of forged documents regarding unfitness for military service.
During the searches, law enforcement officers seized documents, including medical documents for persons of draft age, as well as computer equipment, drafts, mobile phones, money in foreign currency, etc.
The extras have already been charged with a number of articles of the Criminal Procedure Code, in particular under Part 3 Art. 332 – illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine. They face up to nine years in prison with confiscation of property and deprivation of the right to hold certain positions.
We will remind you that recently 20 carriers were disconnected from the “Shlyah” system, which systematically violated the rules of crossing the state border by conscripts. That is, their drivers fled abroad without returning to Ukraine.
And Ukrtransbezpeka, from the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine until November 2024, disconnected 223 carriers from the “Shlyah” system, of which 202 licensees were excluded according to the materials of the State Border Service.
