The Pin-Up online casino, which has ties to the Russian Federation, withdrew its appeal regarding the cancellation of the seizure of more than UAH 2 billion. As reported in the Kyiv Court of Appeal, the case is closed.
The seizure of funds of the online casino Pin-Up was imposed after the Agency for Search and Management of Assets urgently turned to the State Bureau of Investigation with a corresponding request.
This is the second time that ARMA has tried to prevent the withdrawal of funds. The previous time, the seizure of UAH 2.6 billion was canceled by the online casino through the Pechersk District Court.
According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, this amount was to be transferred to the needs of the Armed Forces. And according to the leadership of ARMA, the money has already been sent to the purchase of military bonds, and therefore to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
