This was reported by the press service of the show.
“After the project, the lives of our participants did not stop – for some, it became even more active and responsible. Oleksandr is currently in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was mobilized and is currently undergoing training. His day begins at 5 in the morning and lasts until 10:00 p.m. – until the call-off. And all this time he is on the move,” the message reads.
It is noted that this is not a classic gym and not training according to a schedule, but physical training, outfits, constant activity, household tasks that also require strength and endurance: chopping firewood, carrying something, helping fellow citizens.
According to Snegurov, this kind of daily mobility helps him keep in shape and not lose the result obtained on the project.
