Four people who were traveling to the Transnistrian section of the Ukrainian-Moldovan border were detained during the implementation of the criminal scheme.
According to the operatives, three of them were engaged in the organization of crossing a resident of Kyiv region outside Ukraine.
The organizer of the scheme acted remotely-through a telegram-channel, he coordinated the actions of accomplices, gave instructions and selected those who wanted to illegally go to Moldova. For his services, he received $ 15,000 for cryptogamanets, and one of the homes – another $ 800 on a bank card.
The client paid part of the amount in cash and the rest had to transfer after successful crossing of the border.
When trying to cross the border, all scheme participants were detained. Law enforcement officers seized vehicles, mobile phones, cash and bank cards that were used in criminal activities.
It is established that the organizer-a 30-year-old local-has already received suspicion under Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Illegal Trail of Persons Against the State Border of Ukraine”.
Two addicts-a 34-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman-were also reported suspicion. The court chose them precautions: detention with a bail of 125 thousand hryvnias and a 24 -hour house arrest.
