The prosecutors of the Podilsk district prosecutor’s office of the city of Kyiv sent an indictment to the court against the official of the company-general contractor of the construction of the Podilsk-Voskresensky bridge over the fact of land contamination with waste and construction debris (part 1 of article 239, part 1 of article 364-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). .
