According to the information resource, the Russians are creating another “state procurement operator”, which is designed to take vegetables from farmers. That is, as in the case of grain, starting next year, farmers must hand over the entire harvested crop to the state at a fixed price that is below the market price.
Already after that, vegetables will be sold at the market price through structures tangential to the Gauleiters. However, the entire difference will settle in the pockets of collaborators.
“At the same time, farmers will receive subsidies, which are a method of state control, because in fact the Russians are depriving farmers of their income and instead making them dependent on compensations,” the Central Committee summarized.
Recently, British intelligence analyzed the intentions of the Russian Federation to conduct military conscription in the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region. They are planning events there to hold a draft for military service.
