The Russian occupiers continue to recruit Ukrainian children for TOT to go to the Russian Federation to study. For this, the Russians created a special program.

It is noted that for the year 2024, about 3,700 Ukrainian children from the TOT of Donetsk region, under the patronage of the Kremlin “movement of the first”, were taken on an excursion and consultation on admission to Russian universities.
“The enemy summarized the results of the “university changes” program, which deals with the organization of admission of high school students from the temporarily occupied territories to Russian universities,” the post of the Central Intelligence Agency states.
According to the information of the CNS, the enemy promises preferential admission programs in Russia based on the results of the selection of children with the best abilities. The Central Committee also noted that it is currently unknown how many children were molested at the suggestion of the occupiers.
Prior to that, five more Ukrainian children and their families were returned to the controlled territory of Ukraine. The return took place within the framework of President Volodymyr Zelenskyi’s Bring Kids Back UA initiative.
As a reminder, Ukraine managed to return 1,029 Ukrainian children from Russia so far.
