Details

An ecological disaster occurred in the Kerch Strait on December 15, when two river tankers, unsuitable for sea conditions, sank. The event resulted in a significant oil spill that caused severe pollution.

The oupationist authorities resort to the forced exploitation of youth from the temporarily occupied territories in order to eliminate the consequences of the disaster. Students involved through the organization “Young South” perform dangerous work under the guise of “volunteering”. They are promised credits in exchange for participating in cleaning the coast near Anapa, which poses a risk to their health.

The situation shows the systemic irresponsibility of this government, which once again puts civilians in dangerous conditions.
